Follow lanes past Central Machine Hire on to the Blue Entry Box - collect entry pack or make payment.
NOTE: All must be parked up by 8.45am (Public Gates Open 9.00am). We'd like all vehicles to remain on show until closing time 4.30pm
1. Pre-paid entries will receive an entry pack with ALL of your supporter passes.
Bring your emailed Entry Confirmation. Print it or have ready on your phone for check-in.
2. Pay on the Day: Please arrive early between 6.30am & 8.30am.
3. Pre-paid Camping Passes ONLY to use camping lane and check-in. All new entries must go to Pay on the Day lane. Camping is ONLY for Exhibitors & Volunteers ONLY for $10 per person & is not available to the general public. You must be pre-paid to camp. No camping allowed within the site. You must be within allocated zone. See Camping info below.
WANT TO ADD MORE PASSES TO YOUR ENTRY?
If you'd like to add more supporters passes or camping passes then go to your EMAIL CONFIRMATION and see "If you want to go back into the shop and purchase additional passes, you can do so here" - this will take you back to your registration and we can then include the extra passes in your pack for collection on the day.
Entry packs will be organised via SURNAME. All passes will be included within ONE Pack (under the main entrants name).
It is your responsibility to distribute passes to your supporters.
Red Wrist Bands = Adults, Green = Youth & Kids (12 & under are FREE), Purple = Camping; Gold = Partners & VIP's; Orange = Volunteers; Pink = EnduroX
Your wrist band gives you FREE Entry to the Otago Farm Machinery - Shakedown in the Shed Awards. Saturday 3 April 5pm - 11pm You can buy food & drinks here.

A loading Dock is available and a Tele-handler or wheel loader is available but must be pre-booked via Central Machine Hire on 0274 352 194 (subject to availability) firstname.lastname@example.org

Vehicles Left Overnight On Site
Vehicles can be left over night, security guards will be onsite, the site is secured overnight with patrolling security guards and lighting. No camping allowed within the event site. Must be within allocated zone. See Camping Info below
Pack Down: Sun 4 = 4.30pm- 8pm, Monday 5 8am – 8pm

There are a limited number of camp sites available to Enthusiasts and Trade Stall Holders Only. Self-Contained Motor-homes, Trucks or Caravans are welcome to stay onsite at our Campground from Easter Friday to Easter Monday. Camping will only be allowed in our designated camp site.
NOTE: Sites are non-powered with simple ablution facilities, and water provided. If you are an eligible entrant, you must purchase your camping pass online before 31 March 2021. If you are not sure if you are eligible, you can check by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
