Bookings to trade at Wheels at Wanaka for 2 Days being Saturday, 19  &and Sunday, 20 April can now be made online  

Trading on Friday, 18 April at the Terra Cat Earthmoving Practise Day is by invite only.
NOTE: THIS WILL BE WHEELS AT WANAKA'S FINAL SPIN

Buzzing with energy, Wheels at Wanaka is huge! With over 50 acres of entertainment, with tractor/truck pulling and Enduro X dirt bike competitions, ATV and electric rally car demos, an earthmoving extravaganza and a non-stop parade ground programme! If it’s got wheels or tracks, it will be on show this Easter.

Wheels at Wanaka provides access to business owners in the transport, farming and construction industries, along with thousands of enthusiasts. We expect close to 45,000 attendees at the 2025 show.

Prices start at $250 + GST + Booking Fee (3mx3m) So make sure you book and pay online ASAP.
‍By paying online via your card you will also automatically secure a site for Saturday, 19 & Sunday, 20 April 2025.  
All sites need to be booked and paid for by Tuesday 14 January 2025.
Forms received by email will incur a $100 Administration Fee.

Please note: Invoices will NOT be issued for sites under 10mx10m and payment is to be made when booking.
